Jobs Task

- Recruit, train, or make plans for staff training
- Approve product returns
- Make work schedules.
- Prepare reports on staffing, merchandising, and sales volume issues.
- Maintain order and inventory
- Solve arising issues like customer grievances and supply constraints

- Increases sales by showing customers products and merchandise.
- Identifies and investigates customer complaints and service requests while evaluating and categorising sales data to create reports on sales and customer relations.
- Develops and publishes evacuation routes, instructs staff in de-escalation tactics, and locates and records the locations of potentially hazardous materials and chemicals in order to maintain a clean and safe retail environment.
